Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables was graduated with distinction at The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She holds a BA degree in Theater and Communication. Following her move between Missouri and Los Angeles in 2004, she took part in theater arts. She was involved in acting and directing in over 20 musicals. Some of these productions included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to land movie and television roles after she learned improvisation, and later became an Theatre West company member. The combination of her unique voice, and small size enabled Kelly to come up with an array of vibrant characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's scheming Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper in the evening as a series regular for The TV Land comedy The Exes. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW show No Tomorrow. Her soprano voice has been featured in a variety of shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she appeared as the lovable, dim-witted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's famous comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband, and their two little children. She loves sewing, writing and volunteering at school activities.
