Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is known for his distinctive way of his rapping. Baker was born April 22 1991 in Houston Texas U.S. into the family that was of English Scottish and German descent. When he was a kid Baker spent a large amount of time travelling with his parents, who were missionaries. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployed as did his mother Sonia Alane left them when the age of nine. Baker and his father relocated to Denver in the United States, and they stayed in the home of his dad's aunt. Other kids in the area were bullies Baker for being poor. In sixth grade, he began listening to rap. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas in the U.S. He has a reputation for blending hip-hop styles that are contemporary and alternative to rock music in his compositions. Baker has signed with Bad Boy Records in 2010 and released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. With lyrics that are as fast of a bullet train this Cleveland rapper saw a meteoric increase in the latter half of 2011 as Baker made the switch from releasing self-released mixtapes, to signing with well-known labels. It was from there, with all of his releases making it to the top 10 of charts.
